What I'd Gift At A Favorite Things Party

There are so many times that I see people attending favorite things parties that I felt like I wanted to share what I’d bring to one. Never heard of one? It’s when you bring an item (of your choice) that you love to a group of others who were invited to the party. They bring their favorite items and you exchange with each person. So at the end of the night, you leave with all of the items that everyone brought. It’s a great way to try new things and see what everyone loves!

So the items I’m featuring are of all the things that I really do love and would recommend over and over. I could have continued, but wanted to keep it short and sweet. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with these items. They’re books I’ve loved. Makeup I use daily. Skincare I swear by. Pens that I love to journal with and more.

One of my holy-grail complexion products. I love a radiant complexion, but sometimes with my combination skin, certain foundations just don’t work with my complexion type. This Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter gives my skin radiance like none other. I can wear this alone if I just want a touch of “life” to my skin or I can wear this over or under my makeup. Dr Jart+ Dermask Water Jet Vital Hydra Solution

You know those days when your skin just feels so, so, so dry!?!? This mask will help take care of that problem. I grabbed this on a whim while traveling in Chicago. It was cold and my skin was so dry and irritated from being outside in snow and wind all day. I used this face mask and took a nap. I woke up, removed the mask and my skin was 100% different. It’s so hydrating and felt wonderful. I’ve been a user ever since. Honestly, I love all of their face masks so much. I’d also throw in one of these cheapie silicone face mask holders to help the mask stay in place better.

Book Lovers by Emily Henry

Emily Henry consistently gives us top notch romance books that keep me laughing and falling in love with each character she writes about. Book Lovers is her latest book and I loved it so much. Nora and Charlie were so incredible to read about!

The audiobook was absolutely fantastic. Julia Whalen can narrate like no other!

If you have jewelry and love your diamonds to sparkle, you need this diamond cleaning stick. This makes my rings sparkle and look so clean in no time. I have gifted this so many times and swear by it!

Whipped Body Butter

I have used so many of these body butters and I love them so much. This scent is a very close dupe to the more expensive Bum Bum Cream that is at least 4x the price. It’s not a super heavy body butter like some are, but it still hydrates the skin. There’s a variety of scents available AND I love that there are matching body exfoliants and shave oils to go with the body butter in the same scent. LOVE this product line so much.

Zebra Pen Midliner Double Ended Highlighter Set

These double ended highlighters are the perfect gift for anyone who loves to journal or doodle. They don’t bleed and they write/highlight beautifully. If you’re into journaling, I can’t suggest these enough! On one side there is a fine tip and the other features a chisel tip. These are the markers I reach for the most.

Tula Self-Care Sunday Face Mask

I saw so many people suggesting this face mask so often that I finally decided to purchase it to see what the hype was about. I’ve now purchased three bottles and have gifted it numerous times. It hydrates the skin, it gives the skin a radiant complexion, it plumps, and can be used as a serum (just leave it on the skin) as an overnight mask or a regular face mask. It’s incredible.

I like to put two to three pumps of this on my complexion every Sunday. I let it soak into my skin and finish with my remaining skincare routine. On days when my skin needs a little something before I add my makeup, I use a pump of this and leave it on my skin as a serum. It plumps and hydrates my skin perfectly.

Donna Karan New York Cashmere Mist Deodorant

If you know, you know. This deodorant has a cult following and for a good reason. It’s the only deodorant that I’ve used that helps me with sweating and not smelling, ha. I remember thinking that spending this much money on deodorant was crazy, until I used it. Now I’m addicted and I’ve purchased it so many times. I have suggested this so many times and everyone that buys it falls in love with it as well.
