March was a little chaotic—between caregiving, wild pollen levels, and everything in between—but I still managed to squeeze in some reading time. I finished two books this month, both from authors I usually love. Let’s talk about how they stacked up!
If you missed it, I shared what I read in February too—including a favorite that’s still sticking with me. Check out my February Reading Wrap-Up here.

The Fall Risk by Abby Jimenez
Abby always delivers when it comes to heartfelt stories with humor, depth, and a whole lot of heart—and The Fall Risk was no exception. It’s a shorter read, but still packed with everything I love about her writing.
You’ve got real-life issues, fun characters, and those classic Abby moments that make you laugh and maybe shed a tear or two. If you’re a fan of her other books, this one is definitely worth picking up!

The Deep End by Ali Hazelwood
Okay… this one was a bit tougher for me. I usually devour anything Ali Hazelwood writes, but The Deep End was a slow burn in every sense. I struggled to stay connected to the characters and found myself putting it down more than I wanted to.
That said, the concept was interesting and I know a lot of people have enjoyed it—it just didn’t hit quite the same for me. Not every book is for everyone, and that’s okay!
What’s On My April TBR
I’ve got a few books I’m hoping to dive into this month—including some that have been sitting on my shelf way too long, as well as a few library holds!
Here’s what’s on deck: Say You’ll Remember Me by Abby Jimenez (JUST FINISHED!!!)
Dream State by Eric Puchner
Jane and Dan At The End Of The World by Colleen Oakley
A surprise mood read or two—because I never fully stick to my list
What are you reading this month? I’d love to know what’s on your list!
