I saw this Pay It Forward (most recently on The Grits Blog) trend going around on blogs and I LOVE IT! I can’t think of a better way to start off 2014 than by sharing the love with you guys! After all, without you, I would just be sitting here talking to myself on the blog and that’s not very fun! So I have decided that 2014 is going to be a Pay It Forward year. Both in my personal and my professional life. That basically means that at random times, I might pick one of my followers and do a random act of kindness. It could be a simple email, a small gift, a book, movie tickets or maybe a gift card that I’ll post on Instagram. The possibilities are endless!
The first 5 People to comment on this blog post, below in my comment section, and say “I’m In!” will get a special surprise from me at some point this year. Now, I won’t make you wait that long, but who knows, I could do something more than just once for you! My idea behind this is to get people to realize the importance of random acts of kindness and remembering to continue to pay it forward. We all need a little bit of love every once in a while and you never know just how important that small gesture can be to someone!
