Beauty Favorites for November: Makeup, Hair and Skincare Essentials

Some of my favorite posts to do are my beauty favorites because I thoroughly enjoy letting you guys know what products have been impressing me and I gotta say that my beauty favorites for November are some really great products from brands I personally love!  

 

 

 

bareMinerals GEN NUDE Matte Liquid Lipstick $18.00

This formula is out of the world good.  I’m not the biggest fan of liquid lipsticks because a lot of them tend to dry my skin out so bad, BUT the bareMinerals Liquid Lipstick in Slay has been on my lips almost every single day.  It’s the perfect dusty, rose color that I tend to gravitate towards.  It smells like vanilla sugar cookies and it lasts a really decent time on my lips.  I will for sure be picking up more of these!

 

 

Aveda Nourish-Mint Rehydrating Lip Glaze  $19.00

I love a lip gloss that doesn’t leave my lips feeling sticky and dry.  If my hair gets caught in them or I feel like I have tons of gunk on my lips, I can’t do it.  The Aveda Nourish-Mint Rehydrating Lip Glaze is really hydrating on my lips and not super sticky.  Also, it smells amazing! I love the colors Raspberry Tea and Pink Lupine! 

 

 

Paul Mitchell Hot Off The Press $17.50

 

 

This hair product is really good at making my hair soft, protecting it from heat damage and giving me a little bit of hold.  It’s a do-all type of product and it’s really reasonable for all that it does! I spray this on my hair before I curl it or flat iron it.  I really, really like it!

 

Supergoop! Forever Young Hand Cream  $12.00/$38.00

 

 

This hand cream really helps with dry hands, without making them feel greasy.  It  features an SPF 40 which I love!!! It features sea buckthorn fruit, which helps with age spots and discolorations as well as meadow-foam seed and argan oil.  It’s very hydrating without feeling greasy. There is a slight scent which is cardamon, tangerine and eucalyptus.   

 

Jurlique Activating Water Essence  $55.00

 

 

I can not get over how much I love this product.  My skin has been rather irritated lately thanks to cold weather and the heat being on at home, so I need all the hydration I can get.  This Essence is used after your toner, but before your serums and moisturizers.  It allows the products to be better absorbed and it helps to really load up the skin with hydration.  When I use this, my skin is much less irritated and my makeup goes on so much better.  Again, if you haven’t used an Essence yet, YOU MUST GET ON THIS TREND! 

 

 

dermae Firming DMAE Eye Lift  $24.95

I just started using this eye product and so far I am loving it.  It sinks right into my under eye area and it helps to lift, firm and tighten that eye area.  I haven’t used it long enough to do an entire review, but I was so impressed with it that I had to include it on my favorites!  Stay tuned for my final verdict, ha! 

 

 

 

Christie Brinkley Pure Radiance Illuminating Facial Oil $49.00

 

 

Is your skin looking a little dull? Mine has been incredibly blah lately so I thought it was the perfect time to try the Christie Brinkley Pure Radiance Illuminating Facial Oil. This gives my skin that lit-from-within glow that we all want. It hasn’t caused me to break out and it doesn’t feel greasy on the skin.  I’ve been applying this before I put on my makeup and it’s been a great addition to my skincare routine so far!

 

 

MAC Cosmetics Eye Shadow X 15: Warm Neutrals $65.00

 

 

I have way too many eyeshadow palettes (said no beauty lover EVER) but I will admit that this one got tucked away in my drawer and I totally forgot about it.  It’s probably the one palette that I could use daily and never get tired of.  The colors are very pigmented and are in a variety of finishes.  Plus, I’m all about the warm neutrals!
