I was so excited to open up a Christmas gift from my Brother-in-Law and his fiancé because as soon as I saw the actual package, I knew what it was! I have a love affair with Lauren Conrad. I loved her other book, Style, and was very excited when I saw she had written a Beauty book. She is such a natural beauty and her own person style/makeup is always to die for. She always looks so effortlessly beautiful.
Her new book, Beauty, is exactly what you’d think from the name. Makeup, hair, nails, skincare and personal health are all topics that are covered in this book. I love it for anyone who is a beginner up to a beauty expert. We can all always learn something new. If you are the least bit interested in beauty topics (makeup tips, haircare and styling ideas, skincare ideas, nail art and exercise) this book is a great option for you. It runs about $15.00 and can be picked up from any bookstore, Target and many other stores. Not only is it educational, but it makes for a great coffee table piece!
