I love a good pool day. Relax with a magazine, listen to some music and just spend time with family. I could spend hours at the pool, but there’s one problem. My fair skin! Even hiding under an umbrella doesn’t save me sometimes. I am left with a burn more times than I’d like to admit. Being in the sun, I always try to protect myself before, during and after. I had been looking for an affordable product to use on my skin, that helped keep it moisturized, but didn’t feel sticky or heavy. After trying lots of products, I found a keeper!!
My go-to after sun product! |
I am so thankful for Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration. It’s amazing! It’s a lotion with aloe mixed in and it’s the perfect product for my skin. It moisturizes, but doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky like some lotions do. Even if I don’t have a burn, I always apply this after sun exposure. It’s great for adding some much needed moisture back into your skin. If you haven’t tried it, run and grab a bottle! It smells so good and will leave your skin feeling silky soft and refreshed.
Not really a lotion, but not exactly a gel either. |
I really enjoy the entire line of Hawaiian Tropic. I use their sunscreens, dry tanning oils and after-sun care. No, this isn’t a sponsored post. I just like to share great products when I find them! They are affordable (this retailed for around $8.00) and are easily found in most stores. Have you tried anything from Hawaiian Tropic? Did you love it or hate it? Let me know!!

Ha!!! I think we have the exact opposite problem in Georgia! It’s sunny and hot every single day.

I have some after sun lotion from this line, but I always forget to apply it! I have a slight burn on my shoulders and neck… I should go grab that bottle!
