Feeling blue doesn’t have to be a bad thing! The Maybelline ExpertWear Eyeshadow Quad in Electric Blue Eyeshadow features 4 eyeshadows that will give you an “electric” look. It’s a very inexpensive palette that isn’t highly pigmented, but the colors can be built up. If you are looking for a pop of color to add to your collection, this isn’t a horrible option. These coordinating shades will give you a very simple to full on bold look with ease. For best pigmentation, I’d use a primer and possibly a creamy white liner (NYX Milk is fabulous for this) smudged all over base of lid to give the colors an extra pop.
This palette retails for $6.99 ( I purchased mine at CVS). It can be purchased anywhere Maybelline is sold.

I don’t love this palette, but I’m not a deep color eyeshadow kind of a person. I have used Maybelline eyeshadows and they are inexpensive. Usually have to buid up the colors, but that is ok for the $$. This is a “normal” store bought item. I like seeing your reviews on this type of eyeshadow as well as the other “more expensive” ones.
Yeah. Makeup doesn’t have to break the bank, BUT sometimes you do have to work with it a little bit more to get the desired look you want. This eyeshadow does work, but you have to build it up. For the money, I’m not complaining! HA!!
