One of the perks of my job is getting to try a lot of beauty brands. I recently reached out to Buxom Cosmetics because I realized that I haven’t really tried that many of their products. I’ll forever be a fan of their Dolly Lip Cream, but other than that, I haven’t tried much from their brand.
My Favorite Makeup Products From Buxom Cosmetics
The makeup products below were sent to me to try and I have to be honest and admit that I love every single one of them. They wear beautifully on the skin. The lip products are exactly the type of products and colors that I love to wear. The Luminzer makes me look like a glowing goddess and the mascara is a great formula! Here’s a little bit more about each of the products and why I love them!
Buxom PowerPlump Lip Balm (Glowing)
Ok. This product is fantastic. I’m not sure how much it exactly plumps my lips, BUT I love the way it wears, feels on my lips and the color. It’s like that perfect my lips but better color. The reason? It reacts to your pH level! It does tingle a little bit on my lips, but it’s not uncomfortable. I also feel like this would be a great cheek color as well. I love this product so much, I want to see what other shades are available!
Buxom Divine Goddess Luminizer (Venus)
First of all, the size of this product is HUGE! This will last me forever and I’m perfectly ok with that. The Divine Goddess Luminizer makes my skin glow in the best way possible. You can wear it alone, blend it with your foundation or apply it as a highlighter. It’s creamy and not sparkly at all. It just makes your skin glow.
Buxom PillowPout Creamy Plumping Lip Powder (Cozy Up)
Alright. This matte lip powder is magical. Why? Because it’s so pigmented, but it’s not uncomfortable to wear at all. Most matte lippies can dry out my lips so bad and are so uncomfortable to wear all day long. Not this one. I’m obsessed with the shade they selected for me, Cozy Up. It’s the most beautiful color for fall. Think the perfect rose, mauve shade and you’ve got Cozy Up. Perfection!
Buxom Lash Mascara (Blackest Black)
I struggle with mascara formulas, but the Buxom Lash Mascara is a really nice formula. I love that the formula isn’t super creamy and thick, but instead, applies like a dream to my lashes and really lengthens them. Really thick mascaras just don’t work for me at all because I have basically no lashes. The brush is an hourglass shape and allows you to really get in between your lashes to lengthen them and give them some definition. Also, I don’t seem to get raccoon eyes when I wear this!
