You might think of a punchline of a joke when I talk about Not Soap Radio, but this is actually a beauty brand. Not Soap Radio has everything from shower gels, body washes, lotions, solid perfumes to lip balms. Not only do the products I used smell amazing, but what gets my attention is the product descriptions and names on the bottles. I’ve never seen such cute, catchy packaging. This is the kind of beauty products I want to show off when guests come over. I was so curious about this products that I reached out to Not Soap Radio and they offered to send me some products to try.
I wish that you could scratch and sniff this page. This stuff smells that good! It’s a very delicate, calming scent that features lavender and clementine. It’s addicting. The names of the products are To sleep full of sweet dreams (without waking up in a mad panic at 3am) and are described as an anti-mania/stress-relief hand/body lotion and exfoliating body wash. Love it! The biggest question I had was if the actual product itself would be any good. Sometimes, there are companies who have amazing packaging and marketing, but the products themselves aren’t so great. Have no fear, Not Soap Radio’s products lived up to all of my expectations and then some.
Description from Not Soap Radio:
“Infused with: soothing Chamomile and Lavender extracts. Chamomile has a strong calming effect on mind, body and nerves—it aids in the treatment of insomnia. Lavender balances mind and body and relaxes tight, tired muscles. Great for PMS/tension relief.”
Both products feature a blend of Apricot Oil, Shea Butter, Aloe Vera Gel and Vitamin E. The exfoliating body wash lathers up nicely and left my skin very soft. The lotion is great for moisturizing and I find that I actually keep it on my desk in my office, during the day. I love the scent featured in this product. It is a lavender scent, but it’s a got a slight sweet note to it thanks to the clementine. I have to say that, while the lavender is present, it’s not overwhelming like some lavender products tend to be. I love a scent that can evoke calmness because we all need that one moment every once in a while.
With other products like, “The stuff that Cupid dips his arrows into (because sometimes even fate needs an assistant)”, which features blackberry and fresh vanilla cream that acts as a pheromone activator and “Bubbles, not carbs (where there is willpower, there is less to weigh)”, which has grapefruit, mandarin and guava and is useful for temptation and resistance. The product names alone, make me eager to try more of their products.
If you are looking for something different to include in your bath routine or you are looking for a new fragrance to wear, give Not Soap Radio a try. They have a great assortment of products that would be wonderful gifts, including a bridal line and items for your sorority sisters.

I had never heard of these before. They sound intersting! Great packaging that grabs your attention! I would have to smell the lavender product to see if I would like it – that’s normally not my favorite scent. But the ingrediants sound great!!
