Today I’m sharing my September favorites. Everything that I can think of that I keep reaching for and everything that I’m loving. Life has been pretty quiet and I haven’t been going out that much as I’m still in Ohio, but I definitely have the items that I didn’t want to come here without bringing.
A New-To-Me Planner From PurpleTrail
*Item was kindly gifted at no cost
I’m a big, big fan of planners. I use a digital planner as well as a regular planner. I need it for keeping up with all things Simply Stine and my day-to-day activities. Recently, PurpleTrail reached out and asked if they could send me a planner to experience. Here’s my thoughts on the planner so far.
- It’s simple in the best way possible
- It’s sturdy and made of high-quality materials
- I love the layout (there were so many choices)
- It’s the perfect size for me (I have the 8.5×11)
- Pricing of this one is right where I’d expect it to be ($55.00 for this size, starting out)
- Just as good as other more well known planners on the market
Kacey Musgraves
The queen has released a new album and I have been loving it! It’s sad, which I expected because of her divorce, but I love it. I’ve been blasting this everytime I’m in the car or working. She always leaves us feeling a certain way with her music. This has to be my favorite of all of my September favorites.
Rae Pre + Probiotics Dietary Supplements
I’ve been using these supplements from Rae for about three weeks now. So far, I have definitely noticed my stomach being less irritated. Ever since having my Gallbladder removed, I’ve had a horrible stomach. Adding in PCOS and Endometriosis and it’s a ton of fun. So, I try really hard to make sure that I’m using supplements (on top of the foods I’m putting into my body) to help my body be the best it can be. I’ve also added in the multivitamin as well!
Some fun facts about the brand:
- Woman led company
- They donate 5% of all revenue to Girls, Inc.
- Vegan, Non GMO, Gluten Free, No artificial preservatives, No fillers or colors
No, I’m not being sponsored by them or paid to talk about this. I bought these products with my own money! I did look online and they have a discount link that you can use! I believe you get $5.00 off and I’ll get $5.00 off.
Sephora Foundation Sale
Right now, Sephora is offering 20% off of their foundations! NO EXCLUSIONS! I thought the sale ended yesterday, but it’s still active, so shop while you can! Here are some of my favorite foundations I’ve been wearing and lovely recently. Click this link and use code Save20.
Too Faced Born This Way Neutral Nudes Eyeshadow Palette
I ordered this neutral eyeshadow palette during an Ulta sale recently and I’ve been pretty much wearing it non-stop. I brought the palette to Ohio with me and it’s been my go-to. It features mattes, shimmers, sparkly, and metallic shades. I feel like this is one of those palettes that I can use for so many looks.
Books I’ve Read And That Are On My Radar
I’m still finishing up The Paper Palace on Audiobook and I have to say, it’s an intense book. It’s deep and doesn’t exactly leave me feeling good after listening to it?!? So I have to take it slow. I’m down to four hours left so I’ll get that finished this week.
Other than that, I’ve been enjoying some good old fashioned steam books compliments of my Kindle Unlimited subscription. After reading something so deep and heavy, I’ve needed some uncomfortable sex scenes in my life. Thanks, Kindle Unlimited for always being there when I needed ya.
I’ve also got the new Joshua Weissman cookbook waiting for me at home and I can’t wait to start Rock Paper Scissors because that’s also waiting for me at home! Yay to another month of good reading!!! I’ll share all of these and everything I read soon in my monthly reading list!
Other things that I’ve been loving? Fall scented candles. Puppy snuggles (I’ll miss those when we leave this weekend) Reese’s Pumpkins, Iced Pumpkin Lattes, Rootbeer Stand lunches (IYKYK) being at home and seeing my family when I want to, less traffic, country roads, a slightly cooler breeze some days, Itch Relief Spray from Bug bites, Mike Sell’s Honey BBQ Chips, being able to sleep all night and not wake up like I do at home, and so much more……..
Tell me what are some of your September favorites?
